I LOVE artichokes. And I love watching Melissa Clark’s (New York Times) food videos.  Painting paired with cooking: a perfect creative combination, like Melissa’s unbelievably delicious Braised Chicken with Artichokes and Olives (click for recipe, and video).  Dinner tonight?
