A perfect front

A hotel renovation in Vancouver has a good coverup: the scaffolding net is printed with the facade of the existing hotel front.

Star stairs

Heatherwick Studio is an impressive UK design house.  The design which caught my eye initially was this phenomenal staircase.  Everything else is equally superb.  btw, Heatherwick also designed the cauldron for the London Olympics.
